Step 1: Sign up

Our team is ready to answer your questions and guide you based on your family’s unique needs. You can also use the contact information listed on that page to reach out to us directly. When you’re ready to begin tutoring, simply visit our portal website and create an account for both you and your child.

Step 2: Request/Review

Once you’re signed in, you can create a tutoring request directly through the EGS Tutoring Dashboard. Your request is then shared with our team of tutors, who carefully review the details you provide. Tutors who are a good match will reach out to you directly, giving you the opportunity to choose someone who is both qualified and genuinely interested in supporting your child’s success. You can expect timely, professional replies and a smooth process from start to finish. Our goal is to make finding the right tutor simple and stress-free, because your child’s learning and growth are always our top priority.

Step 3: Pair Up

After you’ve reviewed the tutor replies, you can choose the tutor who best matches your child’s needs. Once a tutor is selected, they’ll reach out to you by email, and from there you’ll both handle communication and scheduling in the way that works best for your family. Each time a tutoring session is completed, the tutor will log it directly in the EGS Tutoring Parent Portal. At the end of the week, you’ll receive a detailed invoice for those sessions. If something doesn’t look right, you can easily dispute logged hours. And if you ever feel the tutor isn’t the right fit, you can request a tutor change at any time.
